Cannon Lake & Shager Park

West of Faribault along Highway 60, Cannon Lake is the area's largest lake at roughly 1,476 acres, with Shager Park providing public swimming, picnicking, and boat access on its south side. The shoreline and nearby roads hold a mix of lake homes, former seasonal cabins, and year-round residences.

Cannon Lake's size and recreation draw make it one of the most sought-after settings near Faribault, but lake-adjacent homes carry inspection considerations that differ from in-town houses.
